Goblins on Grand
We got to experience our first "Goblins on Grand" this year. They close off several blocks on Grand and have a huge carnival. They have games, face painting, candy....the whole nine yards!

OSU Homecoming
We look forward to this weekend all year!
We started off homecoming weekend with the annual walkaround on Friday. The kids love looking at all the house decs, and we love running into old friends.
by the time we took this picture.

Pumpkin Patch Gang.....through the years
We've been going to the Pumpkin Patch since 2004 with the Kilgallon's and the Rice's. It's just a tradition that we've kept up. All three families live in different cities now, but we still get together every year for this special event. It seems that almost every year or so we add a child. We started out with 5 kids, and this year we had 8!

This year was a little different because it rained all day! We went to the pumpkin patch, but it was closed due to all the rain, so we took the kids out to eat and to a movie instead. It wasn't quite the same, but at least we got to spend time together.
Here's to 2011, and hoping it doesn't rain!

Meetin' in the Middle
What a beautiful day it was in Stillwater!
Paige and I met up with Trisha, Embry, and Ellie for a little get together.
Of course, we had to eat at Eskimo Joes!
These little guys were so excited to see each other!
There was dancing, singing, ring around the rosie.......
Then, a little walk on campus.
Nothing will make you feel older than walking on a college campus with three young-ins weaving in and out of big "kids" on cell phones. Oh, the laughs I'm sure they were having at our expense!
I like to call this picture "Someday"
Someday, they will be old enough to attend college.
Someday, hopefully they will go to OSU.
Someday, they will meet up at Theta pond for lunch in between classes.
Someday, they will know what it's like to bring their children to this campus and be proud of where they came from.

Siblings
One of my greatest joys in life is watching my children play together. Jake is so protective of his little sister, and even though she is younger, Paige "mothers" him. Don't get me wrong, they do have the occasional sibling fight, but most of the time they are buddies.
I pray that they remain close as they grow older.
I pray that they remain close as they grow older.
There are some things only a sibling can understand.
